I am so excited to announce that I am now offering live yoga classes ONLINE via Zoom!
Join me every Sunday morning (10 am MT/11 am CST) for a 45 minute Gentle Flow yoga class.
These classes will be calming, grounding and meditative, and will help release tension in your body and mind. 💕🙏🏼💕
