This is a 45 minute, donation-based Gentle Flow yoga class. Merging breath and gentle movement we create a calming and grounding experience that helps release tension in your body and mind. All levels welcome.

Yin & Meditation, Sundays 6:30-7:30 pm MT:
Yin is the feminine, slow, dark, passive, receptive, reflective, withdrawn, cool, and introspective aspects of life. Yin yoga focuses on passive, longer held poses that allow us to safely stress our connective tissues and joints. This is a slow, meditative and grounding practice that includes meditation, mindfulness and breath work. It promotes flexibility, relaxation and resilience in the mind and body. All levels welcome.
